You can be confident of buying online because we remove the risks. if you find your order is in any way damaged or unsatisfactory when you receive it, you can either request an exchange or refund.

In the case of returns, just follow the proceedure outlined under the section Returns Policy detailed on the right and email us within 7 days of the delivery date informing us that you wish to cancel. Then, in within 14 days from the date of delivery, simply return the item(s) to us in new condition in their original packaging and we will refund the full purchase cost of the item(s), excluding the costs of delivery and return, no questions asked. We take every care to make sure that our exquisite Eames reproductions reach you in glorious condition and we achieve this standard of service because of our stringent quality assurance policy. However, we recognise it is possible in rare circumstances that goods could potentially arrive damaged or in less than perfect condition.
When you sign for the goods from the courier, you are signing that you have received them in perfect condition and that you are entirely satisfied with them. Therefore, check the goods to ensure that they are free from damage and you are satisfied with them before signing as we cannot not be responsible for any marks, scratches, chips, or damage once you have signed for the goods unless you have done as follows: If the goods are damaged or unsatisfactory you should write the word 'damaged' or 'unsatisfactory' on the delivery note. This also applies where someone signs for the goods on your behalf.
Then just let us know in writing or by email about any damaged or unsatisfactory items within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly arrange to replace or refund the item for you.
All the products in our Eames inspired range are comprehensively covered by a 12 months manufacturers guarantee. In the unlikely event that you find your item has developed a manufacturers fault within 12 months of purchase we will be delighted to replace or repair it for you free of charge.
Obviously, this guarantee does not extend to faults incurred through neglect or general wear and tear.
We strive to keep our prices as reasonable as possible yet without compromising the outstanding quality of all our products. The price payable for our products is the price you see on this website plus any delivery costs. That’s it. There are no hidden extras lurking in the small print.
Buying online from us couldn’t be quicker, easier and above all more secure because we accept most credit and debit cards through PayPal, one of the largest and most trusted online payment processors. You can also pay by PayPal without being a PayPal member.
We use the latest stock management system to ensure accuracy as far as possible in stating whether goods are currently held in stock or available on a forward order basis. If it transpires that an item has been incorrectly stated as in stock, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the correct date when your product will be available. If you then wish to accept the new delivery date we will be glad to fulfill it. Should we, for any reason fail to supply your order, please be assured that no charge will be made as any money already charged will be refunded.

Simply make your cheque or postal order payable Icon Inspired and post to our address. If you do choose to pay by post, please be aware that we are unable to deliver your goods until your payment has cleared. Due to banking processes, this can take up to 10 days from receipt of your payment.
